If for any reason the purchased artwork does not meet your expectations, you have the right to initiate a return within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Please note: If more than 7 days have passed since the date of delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be returned in its original condition. The painting must not show any signs of damage, display use, or alterations made by the buyer. Packaging Requirement: The artwork must be repackaged as securely as it was upon delivery (using protective corners, bubble wrap, and heavy-duty cardboard/crates). This is essential to ensure the safety of the painting during transit back to the artist.
The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item. The original shipping cost paid at the time of purchase is considered an incurred expense for a service already rendered and is non-refundable.
To start the return process, please email us. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and the return shipping address. Refunds for the cost of the painting will be issued once the artist receives the work back and confirms its original condition.
